Beachcomber is a comfortable elevated beach house offering a peaceful coastal escape just a short stroll from the water. With two bedrooms and a relaxed open-plan design, it is a great choice for couples, friends sharing a holiday, or families looking for an easy beachside break.

The main living area, kitchen, and dining space open onto a deck where you can sit back and enjoy views through the sheoaks towards Great Oyster Bay and the surrounding ranges. It is the perfect spot for a morning coffee, an afternoon drink, or a quiet evening watching the changing light across the landscape.

A five-minute walk down Oyster Bay Court and along the waterfront track takes you to Swanwick Beach, where you can enjoy peaceful walks, swimming, fishing, and the natural beauty of the area.

Designed with comfort and practicality in mind, Beachcomber features passive solar design with sturdy canvas blinds to help manage sunlight and warmth throughout the seasons. The home has a simple, comfortable beach style with everything you need for a relaxed holiday.

The well-equipped kitchen includes a stove, microwave, toaster, electric jug, refrigerator, and all the crockery, cutlery, and utensils needed for easy holiday meals.

The main bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, while the second bedroom features a tri-bunk with a double bed underneath and a single bed above, making it a flexible option for families or friends. Both bedrooms include quality linen and electric blankets for added comfort.

The practical bathroom has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a shower over bath for guest convenience. Guests can also enjoy the outdoor deck with a gas BBQ — ideal for relaxed meals while taking in the coastal surroundings.

Inside, there is a TV, radio/CD player, and iPod connection, along with efficient winter heating for cooler evenings. A laundry with washing machine, trough, and clothesline is also available.

Beachcomber is a non-smoking property and includes a firepit for use from May to September only.
