Freycinet Beach House

One of the highlights of the property is the expansive front deck, where you can sit back, relax and take in the breathtaking outlook. The same beautiful views can be enjoyed from the spacious open-plan living area and kitchen, creating a wonderful backdrop to your stay.

Set across two levels, the home features four bedrooms and offers plenty of space for families and groups, while still providing a cosy and welcoming setting for couples looking for a peaceful coastal escape.

Downstairs, there is one bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms each featuring two single beds. This level also includes a shower and toilet, along with a convenient laundry area with a washing machine and dryer.

Upstairs, the master bedroom features a queen bed and ensuite. There is also an additional bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and microwave and flows into the spacious open-plan living area, where you can relax while enjoying the beautiful surrounding views. Reverse-cycle air conditioning throughout the home provides year-round comfort.

Outside, the large rear deck is partly covered and features a BBQ, providing a lovely space for relaxed outdoor dining. Off-street parking and a fully enclosed garden add to the convenience of your stay.

Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement, with an additional pet fee applying. Guests are asked to supervise their dogs during their stay and ensure they remain safely within the property boundaries.

Please note that the fireplace is not operational; however, alternative heating is provided to ensure the home remains comfortable throughout your stay.
